Mosman Art Gallery Cocktail Party – Greg Poppleton and the Bakelite Broadcasters

Greg Poppleton and the Bakelite Broadcasters were invited, for the fourth year in a row, to play at the annual Mosman cocktail party at the Mosman Art Gallery. And we’ll be back for year 5.

It’s always fun to see everyone have a good time and on the dance floor, dancing.

Every year the event gets bigger, lots of regulars and newcomers. The best dancers are certainly Charles and Daisy who have been gliding and sliding across large dance floor since the 2013 party.

I took some pictures of the band, the Greg Poppleton and the Bakelite Broadcasters Trio of 1920s – 30s vocals, guitar and double bass. We always play at a level where everyone in the room can talk and dance easily…
